The hotel is wonderful and spotless, nestled in an amazing building. Its rooms are fancy with `` extras '' such as champagne glasses, amazing double bed and a clean bathroom as advertised. Offers superb service and excellent food. They offer extras like towels too. The location is marvellous, specially if you want to stay right next to a fun park and cafés. The place to have dinner not too far from the property is Praterschwemme.

The room was well-maintained, with AMAZING bed and hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was incredibly comfortable, relatively near a large park. There was an amazing restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Very pleasant stay, as always. Modern hotel with absolutely perfect location to the nearest tube station in the 02. Leopoldstadt district. Nice designed rooms with a laptop-size safe, multi-channel television and a microwave, good beds.

Its location near the metro station where you can easily reach the city center of Vienna is great and amazing...

The rooms turned out to be functional and nice designed with balcony, tea plus amazing double bed. In general the service was terrific! Lucky me, got ironing free of charge too.

my hotel room was well-maintained with coffee, a shower and quiet airco. comfortable location close enough to messe prater underground station, and the main areas, i felt safe. it also was close to metro.

Great value for money - good prices & lots of attention to detail. Location is perfect, with everything we wanted nearby. Staff was friendly & helpful, and the basic amenities were exactly what we needed. The room with a balcony was as pictured, with a nice shower and breakfast included.

Everything was perfect, and it had very good wi-fi. The studio suite had all we needed, including beautiful bathroom. The staff were fairly friendly and superfriendly and know their duties.

I had a great experience staying here! Everything that I wanted was here - from the room service to the laundry and grocery shopping services available. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome with a complimentary welcome drink. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The terrace was a nice bonus and had lovely garden furniture. The flat-screen TV and parquet flooring made for a comfortable stay. The dining restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar were also great touches. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and I appreciated the leisure facilities like the sun terrace and entertainment room. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were also very convenient.

Tbh, had an amazing stay for business trip. The property was reasonably clean, featured nice design; I loved it. Just a 5-minute walk away there was Messe-Prater Stop subway station. The staff was pretty friendly and had a few recommendations about on-site great restaurant. The breakfast for 2 eggs.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property!

Every time we stay in Vienna, like to stay here. This homely hotel has new-fashioned rooms and amicable staff. The location is marvellous and amazing, 1 mile from a large public park. Plus, this property is not far from the subway & the Prater amusement park right in front and the funfair PRATER and RIESENRAD ferris wheel and Prater park en Messe. The restaurant attached makes excellent food👌
